FORMERLY NH SOCIETY OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTISTS
We are not alone.
Recently, forty of us zoomed with three accomplished NHSPA's shooters. They showed examples of their work and talked about why they do long term projects. Turns out people outside NHSPA are interested in the same things.
We're hoping you want to come back for more because this time non-member but accomplished documentary photographer, Daniel Milnor, has agreed to join us.
Daniel is one of the most articulate people blogging, writing and zooming on the photographic arts, with passion and insight. By way of background, he once worked as both a fragrance model and a hot tub installer but is better known as a reformed-journalist, photographer and writer who is now reaching out to people like us in his role as “Photographer at Large” (AKA evangelist) for Blurb Inc., the book making company.
In this zoom, we've asked him to focus his comments on building a "body of work" through long term projects. His YouTube commentaries about projects are really excellent. He'll probably combine the chat with an example or two of his own. He's also great with Q&A so come prepared to ask questions.
If you attended our first Long Term Project session, you were emailed follow up links which included Daniel's amazing website: http://shifter.media/
If you didn't look, brace yourself, you've missed something special. Check it out and plan to join us on Zoom.
