About the New Hampshire Society of Photographic Artists

The mission of the New Hampshire Society of Photographic Artists (NHSPA) is to support contemporary photography as a means for creative expression and cultural insight. NHSPA focuses on the education and artistic development of our members and the community by providing exhibitions, publications, education, and outreach programs.

We are a group of photographers who are interested in increasing our knowledge and expanding our creative vision, while sharing what we know with each other and the community.

The NHSPA was formed in 1998.  We now have a home base at Kimball Jenkins School of art in Concord, NH. There, we hold meetings and classes.  We also have a studio and darkroom, and occasionally have a members' exhibit in the Carriage House Gallery.

Members also receive newsletters, may choose to post work on our website, and can participate in our projects, large and small.  As a member-driven organization, we welcome suggestions and participation from everyone who is interested in creative photography.

The NHSPA is a non-profit organization registered with the State of New Hampshire.
